Dharma Yoga Intensive Course
This course is designed for practitioners wishing to advance in asana practice, meditation and breathing practices.
Dharma Yoga will ignite the entire bodily system through practice, unleashing the life force within it.
In Dharma II, we practice a series of deep balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted variations, including the Headstand, King of Postures. Dhama II can be modified so that it is accessible to all levels of practitioners.
Dharma III builds on the teachings of Dharma II, and is designed to advance the practitioner through progressively challenging asana practices and advanced variations. In Dharma III, we introduce special meditative Headstand and Shoulderstand practices. Practice also concludes with Deep Relaxation, breathing exercises, and concentration/meditation certain to bring a deep sense of calm, increased sense of balance, peace, and invigorated energy.
